Doug and Madeline are the parents of my elephant obsessed, fun loving and vibrant personalitied 2017 bride! I fell in love with Tiffany and her fiance Brock over a 3 hour coffee date last year.

Tiffany emailed me a few months ago asking if they could get a photoshoot for her parents as they were celebrating their 32nd year of marriage! OF COURSE! I was so excited to meet them both, especially when they requested an outdoorsy, adventurous location. I sent them some ideas and they chose Chilliwack Lake!

We explored down Chilliwack Lake Road and I loved getting to know them both better! Madeline used to work for DFO and I used to work for Freshwater Fisheries so we had a good long conversation about libs, education tours and all other fish related things! I loved getting the chance to help them celebrate their 32nd anniversary and get to know them before their daughters wedding!!

These two are so happy together. And so young looking! They couldn’t stop smiling and I love that they still looked at each other like the newly married couples I usually work with!

Doug and Madeline, congrats on such a happy marriage! You two are the best example for Tiffany and Brock and seeing you two together made me so happy!  I loved seeing such a fun loving couple so much in love after 32 years. There’s a comfort and goofiness that comes out when you’ve been married for awhile and I loved seeing similarities in your goofiness with each other to the kind I have in my marriage!
