Hmmmm how does one describe yesterday. They had been calling for HARD rain all week. Then Friday night the forecast changed to THUNDERSTORMS. And not just little ones.

Saturday morning we woke up to a gorgeous sunrise. My first thought was “well you can’t give a bride a gorgeous sunrise and then have it rain later for her wedding” and it was true.

Mike had everyone in tears when he spoke of his Mom, who has passed away, and how she was present in every moment of the day and he knew for sure the amazing weather was her doing.

Yesterday was magical. Every moment of the day was perfect. Mike and Tanis looked incredible. I had the best second shooter anyone could ever ask for! (THANK YOU CHRIS!!) and the weather was the kind photographers dream of.
