My sister’s engaged!!
My little sister Monique is engaged!!! For those who don’t know my family, I am the oldest of 4 kids! Chantale is the next sister down, then Monique and our baby brother (who turns 17 this summer) Jean-Luc.
Monique and her fiance Howard have been together for 3 months, but have known each other since grade 8. They always liked each other on and off, but when one of them was single the other was attached.
They started off a few months ago as friends, and things quickly grew to dating. A few people have raised concerns about it happening quickly, but we can all tell this is it. Howard and Monique are so in love! Howard is one of the nicest guys I have ever met! I can’t wait to have him as a brother in law!
Monique brushes off these concerns with a simple, “when you know, you know!”
Congrats Monique and Howard!!!! I can’t wait for all that this next year will bring!! :)
Here are a few shots of the ring…Monique and I spent a good 15 minutes in my parents back yard thinking, “hmmm where could we put her ring!?”
