When Kelly first emailed me I instantly knew we’d be a good fit! We have a few mutual friends, and when we met for coffee it felt like I was meeting a friend and not someone I’d never met!! We drove down to the property where their Canada Day backyard wedding will happen and I was so excited to be a part of it!

For their engagement photos, we met at Cascade Falls with their two dogs who are amazing!!! We went back and forth on locations, but Kelly loved the idea of the suspension bridge! I’m so glad we did because there was no one else there! We had the entire place to ourselves!! Their two dogs had me laughing so hard, they had no desire to cross the suspension bridge, and waiting anxiously for Matt and Kelly to come back to them!! They walked RIGHT up the edge but wouldn’t actually step foot on the bridge. When we finally needed them to cross, they practically had to carry them!

The lighting was AMAZING and these two together are so fun! They are goofy, relaxed and were up for hopping fences, exploring off the trail and getting as close to the waterfalls as we could! (safely!)

I can’t wait to help them celebrate on Canada Day!!
