Laura Jensen Photography “Fun” Headshots

Laura is adorable, fun, bubbly, and oh so easy to talk to! She is the photographer for Laura Jensen Photography!

She emailed me a few months ago wondering if we could grab coffee to talk more about photography! And obviously I was in! I love helping out other photographers, meeting other photographers and sharing as much as I can! (So much so I have an amazingly scary (for me!), and exciting new project in the works!)

We met at After Thoughts in Abbotsford and talked for a good couple hours about photography, life, mutual friends, more photography and we spent most the time giggling and saying, “no way ME TOO!”

Laura had also asked me to photograph some new, and fun headshots for her business! I was so in, so honored and so excited! :)

We headed to a park in Abbotsford (the same one we used for my styled shoot back in June!) and it is still a favourite location!

Laura was amazing to photograph! She is GORGEOUS to begin with, and so comfortable in front of the camera! We spent another hour or so just taking photos…more giggling, and tons more photography talk!

Laura I had a blast hanging out with you and I can’t wait to do  it again sometime VERY VERY soon! :)

* Warning: After looking at these pics you may be tempted to pick up the phone and become Laura’s best friend. she’s that adorable!

The lighting kept changing on us, the sun would peek out, then hide…it was getting frustrating until the sun came out halfway for these next few…I LOVE them!

 Hello sunshine! :)

I adore the lighting in this one! :)

Laura your eyes are to die for! So amazing! :)

And I had to end off with one of us! :) This was our 9th attempt I think!?!? That camera is HEAVY, and so hard to hold with one hand, and with back button focusing it’s even harder…. while also being worried about avoiding the double chin! haha
